 How does your process work?

Our process involves five key phase to deliver quality candidates to you:
Phase 1 - Brief Us on Your Business and Hiring Position Desired
Phase 2 - We Begin Advertising Your Job Listing
Phase 3 - Candidates Undergo Triple-Vetted Interview Process to Qualify
Phase 4 - Review the Top 2-3 Candidates for the Final Interview
Phase 5 - Interview the Final Candidate, Make a Job Offer, and Hire the Candidate

 How long does it take to find candidates?

It can vary on multiple factors, but on average, it takes us 3-4 weeks before we can present you with candidates you can consider hiring.

 How do you keep me informed during the process?

You can expect to hear from your fulfillment team at least twice a week so you can know exactly how your hiring position is progressing.

 How does your fee structure work?

Our base fee is $3,000 USD upfront for one hiring position. If you’re hiring for multiple positions, book a call with us to discuss our volume discount offers. If you were referred by one of our existing clients, let us know who, and we’ll apply a referral discount for you as well.

 Are there any other fees?

No, only the upfront fee.

 What if the hire doesn’t work out?

This is our hiring guarantee, if a hire doesn't work out in the first 90 days we will replace them at no extra cost.

 What if the hire doesn’t work out?

Typically, if one hire doesn’t work out, we’ll keep bringing candidates until we do find a good fit, but in the rare event that after multiple attempts a hire doesn’t work out and isn’t satisfied with any of the candidates, then yes, we will refund the search fee. However, we have strong confidence in our process that we can bring great people to the table that our clients will be happy to work with.

 Once I hire a candidate, do they work through you?

No, once you hire a candidate, they are your contractor, and you’ll be responsible for setting up a contract with them and paying them. If you need support, we are happy to coach you and provide resources (e.g. contract templates) you can use to make the onboarding process easier.

 How do I know that you’re not going to take my money and run off with it?

We’ve worked with many existing businesses and are happy to introduce you to some of our past clients so you can ask them what their experience was like and then decide if we’re a fit for you.

 I’ve never hired before, what if I have questions?

We’re more than happy to coach you along the process if you have questions. The biggest elements we typically assist with are contracts and fee expectations. As long as you have expectations communicated clearly verbally and in writing, this makes sure you and your team member are on the exact same page so there’s no confusion along the way.
